Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, tampered, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, clear photos, and an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
